Valuer General – Property Valuations Underway for King Island
The Tasmanian Valuer General currently has a contract Property Valuer on King Island to undertake statutory property valuations.
Valuations will take place over the remainder of October and may require the Contractor to enter property. The appointed Contractor carries photo identification and will introduce themselves when coming on to any property. They are required to take a photograph of the dwelling on every rural property.
