Pine Trees – Main Street Currie
One of the large pine trees in the Main Street, upon visual inspection appears to be dying from a rare disease.
Council has obtained qualified advice by a certified Arborist who has undertaken an inspection of all the pines in the location. The assessment report is currently being finalised for Council.
Verbal feedback from the certified Arborists indicates either partial or the whole pine may need to be removed, which can only be determined once cutting down the tree bit by bit.
Any queries should be directed to Council’s Works Manager, Gordon Denholm on 6462 9000.
Further communication will be provided.
