Following on from recent community feedback on the quality of mobile services, the Mayor has spoken with Michael Patterson, Telstra Regional General Manager, who has confirmed the fault is in the infrastructure. Telstra is attempting to fix it remotely; however, it may require a technician to visit the Island.
