Cost of transition from the former General Manager to the current General Manager

In a Closed Meeting of Council in April 2019, Councillors unanimously carried a motion to quantify ‘the full costs associated with the cessation of the employment of the previous General Manager and the appointment of next General Manager’ and when finalised, provide a report on costs to an Ordinary Council Meeting.

In the Ordinary Council Meeting on 20 August 2019, Council unanimously resolved to publish the final transition cost of $170,747.70 within Council’s open minutes and Council’s website.
